Matrix Stock Locking Latch for AKS-74U Series Airsoft AEG

"Mostly writing this review because a previous review about it not fitting a CYMA AKS-74U had me confused. I bought it for my CYMA AK-74U (Evike PID 66595) and it fit like a charm. I actually bought a Dremel in anticipation for having to file it down, then didn't need to. But I didn't see the S in AKS-74U. My bad!
Turns out I needed a Dremel for a different part I ordered, so no loss, but putting this here just in case someone else reads as poorly as me.
Build quality is nice and installation is easy. It was actually more difficult to get the old broken one out of my gun than to get the new one into it.

Right off the bat, I could tell it was DBOYS - The label read so.

Being for a Dboy/VFC clone, I then knew it would not fit a Tokyo Marui Clone/Cyma AK body.

THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT FIT A CYMA AKS-74U!!!

I whipped out a dremel and shaved down the shaft holding the push control. Finally got it to fit, but I had to take of 3mm off the shaft, and a whole mm off the side of the lock.

If you are looking for a anti-pin for a Tokyo Marui Clone, and are set on purchasing this, be wary. You will be required extra time, sweat, and hard work to get a good fit.

It is steel, easy to dremel to a fine point, and doesn't heat up as bad as most would.
You could probably solder this back together if it ever broke.

Good product, not for most of the advertized brands.
