" OK... I was skeptical about this Thompson Replica, but I finally gave in and decided to try it out. I have only collected Co2, Green gas, Nitro piston and a few Spring guns. I have to say this being my first AEG, I'm impressed! The Build Quality of this Replica is Exceptional. Even the Plastic wood is hard to tell from not being real wood. The finish of the Receiver, barrel and drum magazine is well above what I expected. The mechanics of electric internals surpassed what I thought would be possible and this thing is accurate to where i can hit the target without sighting. I only had one problem and that was on the gun I received, the magazine guide didn't fit the receiver. I returned to Evike the next day and they replaced the defective mag with a New one. Great Customer Service. If your on the fence about getting a Thompson Model 1928, like I was, get one and smile every time you pull the trigger.
" Amazing gun for the price. Shoots about 460 fps with 0.20g bbs. Accurate up to 200 feet. Heavy gun, maybe about 9 pounds and it does NOT have real wood. It has imitation wood instead. The ROF is INSANE you can totally laser people with this gun. Just don't get too close or it will hurt VERY bad. Basically an automatic sniper without a scope. Thanks, Evike.
" I’ve had this gun for about 7 years now. Right out of the box the drum mag wouldn’t feed but with taking the drum mag and simply realigning the plastic gears inside it’s worked perfect. Only other issue I’ve had is the wire came disconnected from the fuse connected but again a quick fix. The rifle shoots and feeds perfectly fine just clean it every 2-3 uses like anything else and clean the barrel and you’ll have a long lasting gun. The select fire switches are so cool even if not as ergonomic as an m4. The level lock and long sliding of the magazine are very satisfying. It doesn’t shoot the fastest but plenty accurate and good enough to get kills while looking good. Definitely one to add to the Arsenal. My friends love seeing it and holding it. Very easy to disassemble too and clean. Hop up is right there. Mine is all stock and see no need to change anything anytime soon.
