Beretta M92 A3 Co2 Powered Blowback Airsoft Pistol by Umarex - Semi / Full-Auto

"Beretta M9A2.

While I didn't purchase mine from Evike, but rather from a local shop; I'd like to give my opinion on this GBB Pistol.

I have owned a KWA M9 PTP GBB, an electric M9, and a UMP .45 CO2 in the past (A very cheap one that used to be found in Walmart stores.)

By far, I would say that the M9A2, CO2 is the best pistol I have ever owned and operated.

From my time in the Army, I've always liked the Beretta M9, so it's no wonder I'd go after an airsoft one.

PROS:
-Very quick and simple takedown, much like a real steel counterpart.
-Reassembly is nearly as quick and simple. Love the metal notch on the spring guide that prevents it from popping out and sending your spring and guide flying, along with the ring that holds the spring to the guide itself.
-Nice metal hop up adjustment unit that won't budge once set where you like it.
-Hop up gives you plenty of range once adjusted correctly.
-Excellent seal for CO2 mag, no leak when popping in a fresh one, even for a second.
-Accurate. Can hit small, fist sized target from 50 feet away.
-Not too heavy, not too light, and durable construction.
-14mm negative thread ready to go
-Semi auto and full auto switch
-Magazine spring has a catch and a loading point to make filling with bb's easier. (Take your time and get that double stack seated in there right. If you load quickly, you'll have gaps and less ammo loaded.)
-CO2 lasts approximately 2.5 loads worth, does a good job maintaining its performance until it has none left.

CONS:
-Adjustment of hop up requires you to disassemble the pistol down to removing the barrel. Not a huge con, considering the quality of the hop up unit and that once it is set, you'll likely never need to do it again. More of an inconvenience for getting your guns ready if you're already on the field.
-Magazine capacity states 25 rounds. While it may be possible to cram that many in, the design of the spring catch on the mag makes that a risk to prevent feeding if it catches while inside the pistol. I could only load 23 rounds without forcing the spring down further. Again, not a huge con, 23 rounds is still plenty.
-Spare magazines are approximately $50. That's more than many GBB green gas rifle mags. Their quality seems to be worth the cost, though.

Opinion:
-I have seen complaints about the magazine CO2 threading stripping easily. I have not owned it long enough to make a judgment on this, but it is likely user error. You should ALWAYS properly align the threading and not overtighten.

Think this was a problem with the mag but it seemed to run though gas quick
