(Write a review) "by far the craziest and best looking gun i own. the gun itself opperates so good to the point where you are just amazed on how good the gun shoots. most airsoft gas snipers have a problem with mags and gas capacity and let me tell you... THIS gun does not have a problem holding gas. its to the point where you would run out of rounds first and still have enough gas to load in more rounds and still function great. i would definitely recommend this gun to anyone who does want to give a gas sniper a try. "To start off this gun is amazing. The FPS I was getting using evikes chrono that they sell, I got between 415-445 fps until there was almost no gas left in the mag. The gun itself tries to be consistent, but with the green gas it just can't be. Hpa tapped mag fixes the whole problem and makes this fun a dream. I am able to hit a 66% ipsc target( about half a torso) 85 yards almost every time. No other upgrades to the gun. Just a simple tap. Second this gun is stout. The chassis is all aluminum and the tan version is the coolest gun I own. And the internals are very good for hard use. I shoot the gun about 150 rounds every day and it has held up beautifully. This gun is well worth the money if you can hpa or co2 tap it. If not it is sadly too inconsistent, but I spent a total of about 15 bucks to tap it and already had an hpa system. It's the most accurate gun I own
Looks amazing and is pretty dang light
Tough as hardened nails
Accurate with almost no upgrades
Kjw m700 (somewhat) compatible
Hop up is easy to adjust and stays with fairly good clicks
Without hpa tap it's not consistent
Very few upgrades out there right ( new gun on the market)
Costs a pretty penny
Overall it is well worth the money hpa'd, if you aren't gonna do that then I would suggest a spring sniper for consistency. If you are able to do the hpa then get this gun immediately and you won't regret it!!!! "Absolutely beautiful gun. The craftmanship is amazing. Out of the box on HPA it was one of the most accurate airsoft guns I have ever shot. It has a very nice weight to it without being too heavy to run around the field with. It comes with spare front and rear parts to the grip that have different levels of finger bezelling. The fluted barrel and muzzle break are awesome. However, I have just a couple of small complaints.
Per the exploded diagram included with the gun, the barrel is threaded. Even after completely drilling out the the pin holding the muzzle break on and heating it for several minutes it would not budge and I only succeeded in scratching my barrel.
I was also unable to get the barrel lock not off. Every single tool I owned that would fit in the holes bent or broke before it unscrewed, so I can not attest to the stock hop up or barrel. They performed well on the field, and my longest shot on a player the first day I skirmished with it was an estimated 260 feet using .4 bbs.
Although slighty salty I was unable to take apart the upper, to my absolute delight a KJW m700 top end will bolt right up to the beautiful king arms lower using the Kj front receiver screw, (and vice versa, with slight modification to the KJW stock) so if you already have one of those upgraded and you are looking for a cooler chassis this may be the gun for you.
The only other problem I found with the gun and the reason I am only giving it 4 stars is that the magazine has maybe half a mm of play in it while in the gun, so even on HPA I was seeing some slight range and hop inconsistencies. This can be fixed by gluing long and thin (I used the shaft of a cotton swab) something into the magazine well to hold the magazine to the rear of the mag well, but it would be nice if this was not necessary.
All in all I would highly recommend this gun if you plan to HPA tap it to have a very accurate gun out of the box and are willing to deal with some slight quirks. Write a Review
