"Plates are good. I've been rough on them and they've held up well. Would 100% recommend. They do squish a little if you were to, for example, dive onto the ground and land on top of your plate carrier, but mine have not broken or shown any signs of damage.

"Bought two large Black plates for my black hawk strike carrier. The plate fit snugly into my front plate packet.
The plates are hallow and just a plastic shell. This makes them very light in weight. I might add something to fill the hollow inner cavity to add weight.
I will definitely recommend them to others.
