It's pretty light and not heavy. Its shots really good the motor doesn't heat up. Although you will need a small lipo battery since the battery storage is in the rifling and not the butt stock.( I recommend a 7.4 lipo battery for their size they last forever). The butt stock and the barrel cover is kind of loose but not so much that it would be annoying. In conclusion it's a pretty good gun for a beginner "Pros:
Very sturdy gun
People complain about the stock and barrel wiggling, but I haven't had any trouble with that
Comes with a detailed manual
Battery fits snug but not too tight
Easily adjustable hop up for in the field adjustments
Shoots like a full auto laser
Integrated sights are very accurate
Very good value
I would have liked to have seen a spare mag included, but that's not really a con
Other thoughts: Overall an AMAZING gun. Once I got it, it's been all I've been using. If you are concerned about cons listed by others, don't worry! Many of them are over exaggerated and not real issues. "The gun is great! When I got the gun it was $120 and I would say is a great deal. Other reviews say the recommended battery doesn't fit well but it actually fits perfectly and easily If you arrange the wires correctly.
I would highly recommend only using the CAA m4 mags. I used other mags and they don't feed well with the gun. I plan on buying more of the CAA m4 mags soon.
•Once hop-up is adjusted (you can easily do that with this gun) correctly it will shoot amazingly straight.
•Recommended battery fits great. And will last all day.
•Has many rails which at this price range that isn't too common. Also comes with a slightly smaller rail you can attach which was actually the exact size I needed for my laser/light.
•Even though I don't use it, has a spare battery compartment in the gun to hold batteries for your attachments.
•The mags are really durable and lightweight! (And cheap!) $10
•In my opinion it cosmetically looks great. And with the m4 being a very common gun in airsoft. Having one that looks a bit different than the many others I'll see on the field feels great.
•A little wobbly out of box. But from what I can tell with the other reviews. It's an easy fix.
•Iron sights are unbearable. I can't even use them. Other reviews will praise the iron sights but personally I don't like them but having the rear sights being able to flip is nice.
•If you use the other rail I mentioned, you have to unscrew it every time you wish to enter the battery compartment. Not a big deal but is kinda annoying after time.
•Orange flash hider is unattractive.
•Sometimes when loading the mag too fast, it doesn't catch and will fall out. But I think that's may just be me not doing it right.
Overall is a great gun and the only cons I have with it aren't serious issues. This is my first AEG and it's doing me well. For its price it's amazing. Again, I highly recommend just buying more CAA licensed m4 mags. I bought mags from my field and used my friends mags and they simply don't feed the same. Sometimes they don't feed at all.
