The M4 RIS Nylon Fiber is one of Classic Army's entry level carbines. Utilizing Classic Army's nylon fiber allows for a lighter weight platform while ensuring playable durability in a cost efficient package.

The M4 RIS Nylon Fiber features a high rate of fire along with a 300rd high capacity magazine so you can put more BBs on target faster than you can count. It also features a quad rail system for attachments of lights, lasers, bipod, or forward grip.

Internally, the gun has a 9mm bushing gearbox, inline mosfet protected trigger contacts, 6.03mm tightbore barrel, and a quick change spring system. It will shoot 330-350 fps using 0.20g BBs and 900-1000 rpm using a 9.6V battery. It has a quick change spring system so that you can quickly and easily upgrade or downgrade your spring to change the power level.

"I bought this gun for my young nephew as his first AEG. I have owned several sportline Classic Army guns and they have all been amazing budget airsoft guns. This one is no different. It has solid polymer externals making it rugged yet lightweight but it is metal where it counts. Shoots about 335-345fps with .20s and will easily hit opponents 150ft+ away with heavier ammo.
The only issue is this "Starter Package" did not come with a battery and charger like it is listed to include. It's not a huge deal. I own dozens of AEGs and several 8.4s and 9.6 NiMh batteries and smart chargers and they aren't expensive anyways. Its the misinformation that I have a problem with. If I hadn't had it shipped to my nephew instead of to me he would've been very disappointed because he wouldn't be able to use the gun until some bought him a separate battery and charger from Amazon or something. Evike really needs to inspect these Classic Army starter guns before shipping them out or change the listing from claiming to include a battery and charger.
Overall I am happy with the gun. My nephew loves it and will be rocking it this spring when he gets to play for the first time this spring. 7/10 for me. Would have been 8.5/10 if it would've come with everything it was supposed too.

"Good high quailty plastic, has a nice feel to it , the r.i.s was not metal on mine it was plastic . has built in mosfet unit . in my gun the wire cicruit was complete so as soon as the battery was plugged it went full auto , with it being on safety and the mag out . had to resolder the wires the stock motor is ok but if your gonna put anything stronger then a 110 spring you will need stronger motor. It came with a 8.4 battery was chronoing around 335-350. Has a brass tight bore barrel . be aware that any gun that has a built in mosfet to test and shot it first. Took it outside shoot it like 50 times went inside to work on hopup finished and went out and tested it worked perfect for t shoots amd as i stated it went full auto on safety after i took the mag out . i voided the warrenty after i did some mods on gun (not the gearbox) so i couldnt ship it back so i took it to my nearest airsoft store and told me that since the postive and negative lines where soldered on the same point thatbit completed the eletrical circuit cause it to go full auto even on safety . i resoldered it and it fixed the problem so be aware other then that nice looking gun .
