"For all the people who are saying the banana mag only holds 20 bbs or so it's because your trying to load it like a midcap mag when it's not. The banana mag works like a hi-cap mag.
Hopefully this clears up some confusion thats going on.
"my battery just died as im typing this, so far this little beauty has served me well and maybe i can just buy another battery. god rate of fire. drum mag is not ful metal, stick mag is. charging handle is wobbly but it works. hop up is easy to find. stock was wobbly at first but then i made my 1st attempt to fix it and it was slightly better but i found out if you take the tactical rail off and slide the screw out from under the barrel you can carefully slide the top receiver off the gun you can kind of tighten the stock. my stock snapped a while back but it was fixed with some flux. drum mag works best with vertical grip on tac rail.
"Great gun, I really enjoy using this as a secondary to my Wellfire APS SR-2(from Airsoft MegaStore). This gun is for CQB only–I would not recommend using this for anything but, as it is accurate for only a limited distance.
Stock–pretty comfy, good for hip fire
Fire modes–safe, semi, full, full auto has decent but not overly quick rate of fire
Range–short, but perfect for CQB
Feel–nice, compact, real-feeling(a little bit of weight, with a metal upper receiver)
Overall function–coughs up bbs sometimes, but that's only when the spring is jammed with debris. Just pull back the bolt and you're good.
Quality–my Scorpion has overcome being dropped into deep snow, and it has fell hard multiple times. Although the metal did get scratched, what do you expect? The gun has not been damaged other than this, though.
Magazine capacity–everything about this gun is perfect except for this. So, the description says that the stick mag holds eighty rounds, but I can barely fit in twenty rounds. I broke a speed loader trying to do more. I was going to order magazines but didn't, because I felt like I wouldn't need them. This is the only problem with the CSA SA VZ-61, though, so I recommend you buy it.
But seriously–really? Magazines that can't hold as many bbs as they are supposed to makes me really mad.
