The SoftAir Thompson is a fully licensed full size Thompson Airsoft AEG rifle with a 1000 round drum mag. The perfect WWII item for collectors, recreational Airsoft gamers, and film productions. The one lack of perfection (made up by it's amazing price tag) is the fact that it is not traditional 100% Marui compatible metal gearbox. We have done test and this AEG shoots great at constant ~ 330 FPS without any problems, the gearbox does hold up and is reliable, great gun for the price as you won't find any full auto Thompson shooting this hard for under $100!

    "I have the metal gear box version. This gun is nostalgic and a lot of fun. Reliable, accurate and a ton of fun. Always wanted to own a Tommy gun. I my grandpa was still alive he would of got a kick out of it.

    "Alright i have had this gun for a couple months now and i love it.

    fps
    accurate
    weight (fairly light)
    Mag holds good amount of bb's

    Cons
    Low ROF (reccomend new battery
    mag misfeeds occaisionally(Simply take it out and put it back)
    thats it

    overall great gun for the price

    "this gun is a decent buy. i got this a few months back and it works great! i has a moderate rof and power. great for CQB.

    good battery(i rec u switch to a 9.6 for higher rof)

    mag only hold 30 rounds
