"I've never actually bothered to upgrade a Spring Guide before, but this one has me questioning that decision. Not for any performance needs, but for ease of opening/closing the box. The wings that slide into the holes on the rear of the shell are much longer than the stock spring guides of most guns (particularly the V6 Marui in a P90) and they wedge in VERY solidly. I found this made it infinity easier to keep the spring in place, just necessitating a steady finger on the cylinder. With an M110 I didnt even have to stick anything in the rear of the spring guide to hold the spring down, I just left it alone and focused on the cylinder and other half of the box. That alone makes this a worthwhile upgrade for guns that lack a QCS.
