This outer barrel conversion for the Saiga12K puts the threading just below the gas block. The stock inner barrels will stick past the threading by...about 1.75in. you could technically cover the rest of the inner barrel with the ITP Mock suppressor for the Saiga12 but you'll need to stabilize the rest of the inner barrels inside the suppressor some how.

Alternatively, you could cut the inner barrels but you'll need to make grooves for the O-ring that holds the barrels together. the ITP 200mm inner barrels are too short for the Pro-Arms outer barrel conversion resulting in a similar situation as with the stock outer barrel where its too much outer barrel and not enough inner.

But this does do as it is intently stated. It's a short barrel conversion.
