" solid magwell just not for the pistol i bought (vx7) I didnt do my research like I should have and bought this for the wrong pistol, as i learned this is not for the polymer 80 style frame (aw custom vx7 and vx9) it is for another pistol that aw custom makes called the VX0210 which is based off of a glock 18 or 17 depending on model if you want a flared magwell for your vx7 or 9 search for polymer80 flared magwells, strike industries makes one that should work with the vx7 and 9 otherwise a good product when u buy the right gun
