"I can tell a noticeable FPS increase.

That being said, it for sure harder to pump as a result. Not over the top, probably too much for younger players.

"nice drop in..but if you already have a spring set you will need to cut off the ball bearing spacer and top washer

"Only using the spring guide with the factory springs on a cyma m870, not that worried about getting a slight FPS increase. For what it's worth, I was unable to use a mix of cyma/AC inner/outer spring and vice versa. The AC springs are a lot fatter than the factory springs so they don't fit in each other.
