"Well so far it fits great! It was weird figuring out how to place it in but once it's there I almost always forgot I have it in u till I hear someone on the radio lol. I got the Small size and it fits perfectly. I'm 5,9 and 140 pounds so idk whay that tells ya but I'm a skinny guy and was afraid the Small size would have been child size. So unless I have 29 year old child ears the medium and large must be massive! All in all it's a great but and I'll never go back
