"Purchased this because I like the real version.

Feels good in the hand. All controls work well and firing is smooth and the kick feels good.

Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good compact gbb sidearm.

"After owning this pistol for a year, I can confidently say that this is my favorite Russian pistol. The gun looks and feels absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this to anybody looking to build a RUSFOR kit from 1990-Current (Remember that this is the PMM, not the PM).

Pros:
- The external finish is very nice and the trademarks are great for the aesthetic.
- The gun shoots well at just under 0.8 J without the suppressor/inner barrel extension (IBE) combo.
- Tearing down the gun is quick and easy
- With the Suppressor/IBE combo it shoots about 1.4 J and it shoots far.
- Built-in Hopup
- The weight is just right. The Supressor/IBE combo doesn't make the gun too front heavy at all.
- It's a well-known pistol that's still pretty exotic in terms of the airsoft community so every time I go out to the field everybody wants to play with it.
- Has a loop for a pistol strap which is nice for me, because I would hate to drop and/or lose it.

Cons:
- Magazine release is a latch on the bottom of the grip. The latch is also very tight so sometimes it's difficult to take the mag out. The way I fixed it is by leaving the mag just short of being locked into place when storing it to compress the latch. Took a while, but now it is much easier to take the mag out.
- Not as friendly towards people with big hands, but still feels nice.
- Make sure to always keep track of the Suppressor/IBE combo. I lost them several months ago and thankfully Evike restocked them recently.
- Slide catch catches the slide after every round. Still working on trying to fix that.
- Difficult to find a holster for when you use it with the suppressor/IBE combo.
- I bought a spare magazine for it and it was leaking.

"Overall Amazing pistol.

Pros:
Looks amazing
great blowback
full brushed metal slide
holy performance

Neutral:
Green gas
Orange tip can come off (DO NOT do this unless you plan on painting the thread adaptor orange)

Cons:
cannot attach suppressor with the orange tip on (Con depending on you local laws)
nothing else as of yet

Personal cons:
my mag lock broke off after i dropped it on hardwood (pro tip: dont drop it on hardwood) was easily fixed with special glue.

overall worth the $115 i spent.

"The finest most accurate finish, weight and markings ever... Worth every penny. And operates crisply and accurately. A real beauty, amazing!

"Overall awesome setup. I can't believe so many people complain about this. Come on people, it's an airsoft gun that will never break and has super hard blow back, yet can use the standard mags your friends with less funds might have. For those of you who want a "one and done" pistol that is a beast and doesn't run $1,200, this is it. Oh and just so you know Evike is the last vendor that carries these and there are less than 7 left at this point in their stock.

"Pros
-Steel slide, frame, and outer barrel
-Snappy action
-Solid shot to shot consistency(For a GBB)
-Great finish
-Extended power-up barrel works like a charm

Cons
-a bit a play in the slide and barrel
-lots of take-up in the trigger in single actin
-slide catch is a bit loose

Overall
Pretty sweet gun but not worth the $510 price tag, maybe $400 would be more reasonable.

"The external build of the gun itself is beautiful. the trades and finish are extremely nice and the quality overall just feels nice in the hand. unfortunately the same cant be said for the internals. upon firing the first magazine (green gas), the gun only managed to fire just over half of the magazine before dumping the rest of the entire fill of gas into the chamber. me being stupid, I thought this was the fault of the magazine, so I naively inserted another full magazine into the gun. upon pulling back the slide I noticed that strangely, the loading nozzle was still forward and in the chamber, removing the slide itself revealed the sad fate of the loading nozzle. Upon the previous magazine dumping its gas into the nozzle, it had actually completely sheared the nozzle in half, leaving one half in the chamber and the other half in the firing group. within all the chaos of the loading nozzle committing not alive inside of my slide, the return spring had also been bent in an almost 90 degree angle. I've ordered a new nozzle and return spring, that hasn't since arrived yet. however I'm hoping that the build quality and integrity of the new nozzle will be significantly better than the original. The gas I used is Elite Force Fuel green gas. perhaps the power of gas wasn't meant to be used in this gun, or I received a lemon. unfortunately I just don't know. realistically though, if you're ordering the Baikal version of the pmm, its for a collectors item or display, not much for skirmishing with. other than the hiccup with the loading nozzle and return spring, this pistol is otherwise a very nice gun to own and look at.

"My unit arrived with a broken nozzle. This was kind of a dissapointment, especially because Evike did not have that replacement part in stock (20 dollar component.)
I ordered and replaced the component from another vendor and when i contacted Evike they did remburse me the difference.

Due to the epedemic I havent had a chance to break it in more than a couple magazines full.
Seems real hefty in the hand. Wish it had shown up in a functional state, but all in all it was not too hard to replace the part and get it running.

Thank you evike for providing excellent customer service (even in the middle of a global pandemic)
