"Excellent fit and finish. Make sure you utilize the manual included via the QR code on the package. There are different hop-up armatures based on whether or not you have an older style WE inner barrel or the newer VSR-10 style that the newer WE GBBRs use.

The included hop-up adjustment screw did not have the proper angle on the pointed end to properly move the hop-up armature, you can probably file some material off the screw to fix the angle; I just ended up using the screw from my stock hop-up chamber. Make sure you test your hop-up adjustment screw to see if it is able to engage the hop-up armature before putting your gun back together. Other than that, it dropped right into my WE 888 (416).

"This is a great, solid hop-up chamber that required some extremely easy fitment in a WE 888C.

The hop-up chamber body is undersized a bit short, and is therefore not sandwiched properly between the outer barrel/barrel nut and upper receiver, even when the barrel nut is fully tightened and bottomed out, resulting in forward-backward rotational looseness, causing it to run into magazine feed lips when the chamber is slid all the way back and have inconsistent accuracy due to the range of rotational movement.

This was solved by adding small flat spacers cut from 1/8" thick "rubber packing sheet" (sold in 6"x6" squares at the home improvement store) underneath the steel tabs that slot into the hop-up chamber, sandwiching them between the steel tabs and the bottoms of the accepting slots cut into the upper receiver. This holds the chamber forward, providing clearance to the magazine feed lips, and allows the barrel nut and outer barrel to tighten down against the chamber, holding it in place very snugly.

After the aforementioned fitment fix is applied, the hop-up unit functions flawlessly and holds its setting without issue. Thanks for a great part! ðŸ‘
