"Great gun.
Pros:
Heavy for a cheap springer
Accurate with .2 gram BBs
Feels solid
I'm no expert, but it looks really good to me
Hasn't jammed once
Out performs any spring gun at or below this price point
Spring resonates and is loud (I personally like this, could be a con to some)
Durable
Fun to shoot
Cons:
If you load the mag too full, you will need to remove 1 BB or slap the magazine into the gun.
Difficult to mount a sling, but it is possible without a real M1 Carbine sling and oiler.
The included speed loader is the only one I've seen that works for this specific magazine
Difficult for children to pull the handle back
Tips:
Don't adjust the hopup, it works, but it is finnicky.
You CAN mount any old sling to this gun and here is how:
Items:
Bic pen
Sling with 1-2 ends that have clips
1. Take the pen apart, cut it down so it takes some muscle to shove it into the stock.
2. Clip the sling to the front sling mount
3. with your rear sling loop in hand, feed it through the hole in the stock
4. Place the modified pen in the loop
5. Pull the sling until the pen is tight to the hole in the stock.
6. Force the pen into the oiler hole (it looks like an oval) in the stock.
7. Enjoy.
It seems like it wouldn't work or be durable, but it does in fact work. I sprint with this carbine on my back (sidearm in hand) and it has never broken. It's not the best solution, but having a sling is nice, and DIY recipes save money.

"I bought this on the 25th of November and it arrived on the 5th of December. It's a pretty nice gun. I was expecting a light, plastic gun but I was pleased to find out that the frame, barrel, and trigger etc are made of polymer/metal and it almost feels like a real gun.

"bought this gun for a mid-power sniper and it was worth the money. definitely, use.25 bbs thought other than that I have no suggestions.
PROS.
shoots fast and hard.
mags hold like 45 rounds.
cool fake wood finish.
nice adjustable sights.
metal inner and outer barrel.
works well as a mid-range rife or a sniper.
CONS.
cocking handle is kinda uncomfortable.
imitation wood is plastic.
a little bit hard to cock.
overall good all-around gun!

"My gosh, this is beautiful!
For the price, I expected a light plastic replica like one might get from a toy store, and I was OK with that. My other cheap Airsoft guns are like that.
But this was a very pleasant surprise. I was introduced to real M-1 carbines in R.O.T.C. in the '60's, so I know them well.
This beauty is an amazing replica. The same weight & feel. The plastic "wood" looks & feels like real wood! Excellent adjustable rear peep sight. Even a built-in "hop-up" adjustment.
If not for the red muzzle, I would have thought this thing was real!
Looks great, works well, shoots well (well enough for me, anyway!). Includes instructions, a magazine, a nifty magazine loader and a cleaning rod.
I consider this a great bargain. I'll keep Evike on my shopping list!

"This is a perfect starting gun if you dont want to spend 200 dollars on an aeg. It was my first rifle and has NEVER chipped or broken on me. As most of the other reviews and comments say, it does need some fine tuning with the inner barrel but that can easily be accomplished with some tape on the inner barrel. You just need to unscrew the barrel and make it even with the iron sights. Aluminum barrel and charging handle, shoots at a nice 370 to 400 fps, it is a perfect starter. My only concern about the product is the rear iron sight. It tends to move around due to gravitational pull. But ca easily be adjusted. 8.5/10 would reccomend

"I strongly suggest this gun. i scared my friends the first time i played with it because i had it dialed in at long range. it will out shoot almost any cheap gun. BUY IT!!!!!!

"I do a lot of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam airsoft events and these are a great piece for anyone getting into historical airsoft. I have bought eight of these M1/M2 Carbines and can't get enough out of them. None of them ever disappointed me and they are upgradable if you are creative enough. I skirmish with one in regular matches and do just fine. These are reliable, inexpensive, and fun!

"This gun is amazing. If you use .25's (worth it) It shoots better than some AEGs. It's really light and cheap material. Seems like they spent all their money on making it shoot well. I defiantly recommend this gun, even for sniping.

"I got this gun on Christmas. I have had it for a year and it shoots very accurately. It does shoot a little slow and is a little hard to cock but that is not a big deal. Overall it is a very good gun and I really like it.

When I changed the hop up it kept doing that but then I looked at some reviews and I saw two people say clean the gun with some duck tape, so I did and it worked amazingly. Also this gun is a great prop for RP, reenactments, and Halloween props. Hopefully anyone who buys it has the same thoughts too!
