Guarder Cylinder Enhancement Set for G36C Series Airsoft AEG

"Kit took a little modification to fit into Echo1 G36k. Had to file down the holes on the cylinder head that fit into the pegs on the gearbox to make them wider. It worked but it was tedious. My guess is there isn't much difference between this and the stand alone bore up cylinder kit without the piston made by Guarder that is actually labeled to be for the G36k. I would just assume the "keyed" holes actually fit the gearbox without modification. A friend bought that and a separate piston head and told me he had no issues fitting into the same gearbox.

Called Evike technician on the phone about this one just to confirm before ordering that it would work in the K so it was bit of a disappointment to have to do the modification after I was told it would fit but the kit works well once it was installed.

Can't tell you the FPS improvement alone because I paired this with a M115 Matrix variable pitch spring. I am getting 384 fps out of the gun with .20s after both those upgrades. Didn't do a great job of checking the compression as I put this whole thing together so there might have been some room for improvement in that regard.

I don't have many rounds through the gun yet so I can't tell you about the longevity of this upgrade.

I even downgraded the spring, and got a better FPS.

Stock JG cylinder set + m100 spring = 240 FPS

Guarder Cylinder set + M90 spring = 300 FPS
