"Good product, and a must have when installing the M203 launcher to an M16

Fit VERY, VERY tightly on a WE M16A3. I had to use two hands to pull the delta ring down, then cram the hand guard in. Once installed, it is a very nice fit

On a side note, the WE M16A3 comes with the triangular hand guard cap in front, and the G&P heat shield hand guard fits it perfectly--no need to buy a separate cap for that rifle

Heavy gauge polymer/plastic material is very sturdy

"The actual hand guard is made of nylon and with an aluminum layer for heat insulation, and adds strength as well as support for the barrel. Snaps solidly in place on most brands of M16s. Sight is made entirely with steel, with a nice black coat.

Light weight, as well as good pricing. Strong, but flexible enough to help with installing on to your M16.
