"This is the second primary I've bought, and I bought it as a more mobile alternative to an M14. This gun is just a great base MP5 platform. The swordfish in it's purist form has it's flaws, mainly the battery being stored in a cramped and exposed front guard that requires you to unscrew 4 hex screws to access (I bought the model with the folding stock), but besides that and other flaws too minor to even mention, the gun functions fantastic, and is super modular. I bought a conversion kit that came with a standard front grip with 3 tac rails, as well as the standard sights for $30, and honestly adding the new front grip but keeping that top rail makes for a very sleek, customizable piece of hardware. One last thing I wanted to note is that the gun lets you attach the battery in either the grip OR the stock, depending on what furniture you have on. I really appreciate that as it adds to just how valuable this MP5 setup truly is.

"I just received this gun, and spent some time playing with it. So here is the review.

PROS:
Accuracy is great. Was hitting metal bars at about 50ft, no flaws.
FPS is okay, but could be better.
Working charging handle!

CONS:
Safety is easy to accidentally bump into semi.
