CYMA Sport Full Metal M4 AEG with 13" UX Modular Handguard (Color: Flat Dark Earth)

"First impressions:
The gun was 95% sturdy, typical stock wobble, but over all very minimal
Gun feels pretty well made, but like most airsoft replicas it’s good to tighten or locktite bolts.
Cleaning rod, bulky high cap mag and crappy bbs in the box.
The box itself was impressive, considering the Cyma styrofoam days.

Overall it feels good, but do not expect it feel like a 3 or 400$ gun, it just isn’t. But feels appropriate for the price I payed(186.67). I enjoy the ambidextrous mag release

First skirmish day:

Gun chronos at 332 (+/-4) with .25g which is great considering I left the spring cocked for a couple nights to make sure I fell around the 1.49j limit
Kalashnikov brand BIO/ did not use other brands yet

They flew straight, but do the typical wobble at max range. The grouping is not great. When I inspected the barrel assembly out of the box days before the games I found it to be dirty, with foam and a dead bug. So yes clean the barrel and inspect it before you play!
The barrel is not polished and you can see the inconsistency in the machine work.

It handles great, has great out of the box trigger response with an 11.1v battery.

My avenger mags with clear tops are wobbly and seem to have a little trouble feeding the gun, about maybe 2% of the time. They may need to break in I figure. Great construction on the mags and materials BTW.

By the end of the 6 hour day, the buffer tube had gotten loose(tighten these things!) and the gun was shooting pretty inconsistent,a lot of random flyers and dippers and zingers. It may have shot some gear box grease in the barrel, since it was present on the nozzle when I did the hop up inspection..
I put roughly a thousand rounds threw it at this point.

I’ll up date later on, but initially it seems like a good enough build to start with, it runs pretty smooth and just needs the TLC that cheaper guns need.

5 stars because it got me out playing again after a couple years absent!

"I am writing a review for this gun that I had purchased on sale for only $165 (which in my opinion is a GREAT value) also; being my first aeg air soft gun I had purchased off of evike or in general. I was only looking for something of a quality build. I purchased this gun and it had arrived a little under a week later. The packaging; to start, was perfect for keeping the weapon in tact during shipment. below I have listed the pros and cons I have found with using this weapon for the last 2 months.

Cons:
-hard to mount a grip in the right place due to the UX modular hand guard design on bottom
- trigger is slightly heavy but not to the point that it would be a big deal to me while playing
-barrel and gun itself are long and not rly suitable for cqb
- Heavy for some but not for me personally
- orange tip is absurdly hard to remove and is held in with a pin but once is carefully taken off reveals a -14mm thread to attach mock suppressors and tracer units
Pros:
- Full metal
- mock charging handle and dust cover actually work and feel very quality when charging (using)
- 20mm Picatinny rails are great for mounting attachments
- realistic feel and weight due to full metal design
- very durable and very reliable
- m4 style and very customizable
- overall great gun by cyma knowing they are a quality company now hat I have purchased more guns since then

"Awesome rifle, very realistic and hits hard. Very durable. The sights aren't good but the gun really is.

"This gun is awesome. Its durable and feels very realistic to the touch. However the sights that come with the gun are not the best, that depends if you use sights or dont. I would also invest in a different stock, the that comes is not bad but not the best. Overall the gun is a beast. I would also recommend that if your getting a 9.6 battery, buy the 2400 maH, it hits hard and you can get it in this website, also a samrt charger.

"Got this gun on sale and oml!! This gun is amazing for the price!!
It's a pretty solid gun, shoots fast and hits hard. The rail feels so nice in your hand, I thought about getting a grip but now that I'm actually holding it, i dont think im gonna need one. Even after a couple mags on full auto it still shoots at 410 fps. All around amazing gun

"It's a really great gun I bought this gun almost a year ago took it to many airsoft events and has worked Everytime dropped it the thing holds up so it's very durable shoots very well as long as the hop-up is adjusted right the only con I can find with this gun is that it's a little heavy feels like it weighs about 8-12 pounds to some might be heavy but for big dude like me no problem and I recommend using .20 BB for the 400-420 fps seems to be accurate with that constantly do not use .12 the thing explodes in the hop-up or air hose and is a pain to try to remove worse case you'll have to remove everything to fix it.

Over all this is a very good gun for any level of airsoft player get it as soon as you can

"A great gun for a great price. This gun is way more then what you pay for. With a full metal frame this gun is a realistic replica. The weight is either a advantage or a disadvantage.

"Just got it. Seems well made for the price. The power and fire rate are just what you need to start out. Its shooting consistently 400-420. And very accurate.

"Great gun. Shoots far. Lots of power just from a 9.6 battery. no problems with it, that i didn't cause myself, like the receiver pins falling out cause i messed with them to much (leave them in and you will be fine).

"This is an amazing airsoft gun for beginners or average players. This is balanced perfectly for weight, the front is not heavier than the back and vise versa, it is very well balanced. I have had this gun for just about 5 and a half months nothing bad has happened that wasn't my fault. Like i lost the receiver pins cause a fiddled with them too much and they became lose. I love this gun it is about the same weight as a real weapon, but not too heavy. The range on this is amazing if you tune the hop up right you can get accurate shots up to over 175 feet. This gun is fast and powerful with a 9.6 battery, but i recently order a lipo battery. And my 8.4 doesn't fit in the stock that comes with this gun. I bought it while it was on sale so it was not so pricy for me
