"Gerat product, low price and fit very weel in my HX22

"These work fine in my WE and Laylax frame pistols, but for the latter you will have to custom fit. It's not hard, but you can easily break or bend the triangular connecting nub between the safeties. In any WE, TM, or AW Hicapa, its a drop-in fit.

"Shiny! I got these because all the other safeties I have tried did not fit on my Masterpiece lower. They fit Tokyo Marui, WE-tech, AW (of course), and Airsoft Masterpiece Lowers. FYI, these are matte silver so have in mind that if you are looking for something that actually "shines" you'll might go-by with a simple polish or another model.

"I bought these in black for replacing the ones that broke on a Jag Arms combat master. They work very smoothly and installation was quick. Also tested them in a TM hi-capa and an EMG combat master. The AW custom thumb safety worked perfectly in all of then. Great replacement part.

"These are good, especially for the price. I bought both the gold and the black set for my build because I wasn't sure which would look the best. I put the black ones on first, and they're nice. They're a touch lighter grey than the standard gun-black, but they look nice and have good angles. They're a little thinner than the stock, which I like.

However, I lost the QC lottery on the gold set. I pulled them out of the package and they were stuck very firmly together. Applying lateral force to pull them directly apart from one another, the triangular bit that secures both sides together sheared off and is stuck in one side of the other set, meaning that they will not fit back together on the gun. I don't think there was a way that I could have pulled them apart without shearing the part. As such, I wouldn't expect it to hold up as well as other more expensive parts in the long run, but hi-capa thumb safeties break often and are cheap and easy to replace.

I'm not that worried; that's the risk you run buying the cheaper versions of the parts. I'm just glad I bought two. For the price, they do look very nice; the gold is a little more matte than Airsoft Masterpiece's parts, but it matches closely enough. It also is a close match to the WE outer barrel's gold that I have as well. for the price, it's a good deal, as long as you don't get a lemon.

"To start, I broke mine within 30 minutes of installing mine. To continue, 100% my fault. I got these safeties to replace my stock ones, and they worked alright. After installing them, I could only move them to safe when the hammer was down. Even when the hammer was down, I had to force them up, so I shaved off a hair of metal and it worked fine. Then after installing everything and doing function checks, I found that the safeties would wiggle away from each other a little bit, and I hate wiggles. So, I superglued them together, thinking I'd never have to take them off again. First, that was a stupid idea. Second, I forgot to put in the safety detent and spring. So I frantically tried to take them apart, but the glue had set, so I had to break them off. I ordered another set because I like the color, but this time I won't be gluing them together until I have everything in. They were good quality, not many seams visible, and a much nicer shelf to move than my stock safeties.
