LBX Tactical Med Kit Blow-Out Pouch (Color: Multicam)

"I bought this for no good reason other than it was on sale lol. 2 months later and i now have it packed with a trauma kit that i carry when i go shoot real steel. i never would have even looked into medical if it wasnt for this.


Pros:
lightweight/minimalist
quick release
more spacious than it looks
easy to attach to molle

Cons:
quick release wire can be lost if you actually have to use it
no place to attach a TQ on outside and i wouldnt stuff a TQ inside with sealed gauze
meant to be discreet but that means the medical cross doesnt stand out(depending on the color that you get, but that could be a pro as well)

I would recommend this if you want to get into first aid. for the sale price its a easy choice but i would look around if its not on sale. just keep in mind that the medical equipment(if you use it for that) can cost 10 to 15 times more than this will.
