"This will fit a milspec stock but will have a little play. One strip of duck tape on the top of the buffer tube and you should have a tight fit. In short, it is not perfectly milspec or commercial; however, is the best option for a milspec stock as I have seen thus far.

"It's a nice buffer tube, the castle nut wobbles a tiny bit, but a bit of loctite eliminates that concern.

I'm not sure if its milspec or comercerial spec though. I wish that aspect was clarified, I don't have a caliper to measure the diameter.
