"I've had this gun for almost 8 months now, and I have to say it's been the best rifle I've ever bought. Straight out of the box it was firing at 420 feet per second, and it has been very consistent with its accuracy. Although it is on the heavier side, since most of the gun is metal, but is makes up for that in its performance, the range is quite surprising on this l85, and I mean surprising in a good way. I also get plenty of compliments on the field because of this guns unique bullpup design. This gun is a tank, I've dropped it into mid, sand, dirt, and just right onto pavement, and when I pick it up it's fine, a scratch or two, but that's character. I've done a lot of stupid things with this gun, but it is still going strong. Even though it may seem loud when firing, it's because your ear is very close to the gear box, but from a range it's pretty quiet, and you get used to the noise, or you wear a shelter to block out some of the noise. Overall this is a great gun, I have yet to have a problem with it, I recommend it for someone who doesn't mind a heavier gun for great performance.

"If you are looking for an accurate and headturning-CQB gun, then the ICS L85 Carbine does the job.

Range
Short for CQB, but accurate
Adjustable Springs
Easy disassembly
Easy to access motor, hopup, and other internals through the back
Flash hider isn't huge and bright orange, threadings are 14mm negative counterclockwise
Carry handle helps with the weight
Cons:
Very limited rail space, top rail can either fit SUSAT or a 20mm found on evike
Daniel Defense Rail will not fit this model, even with the adapter. You can make it fit by removing a small circular portrusion on the left of the gun, where the screw holding the left handguard is. A hacksaw or filer will do the trick.
Heavy for smaller/skinnier people, with attachments and rails can be up to 15 lbs
Too powerful for CQB (adjust springs)
Sight for 19mm top rail is expensive-75-100$
My fuse broke three times and my motor broke twice, had to replace with a better motor and 30 amp fuse
Be careful with 9.6 v in this gun, can make what happened to me ^^

Overall after some internal work, this gun works like a charm. Very manueverable and able to keep up with longer and costlier guns. Would not recommend for those willing to pay up to $150 right off the bat just to buy rails. Otherwise, very fun and cool gun to use.

"The ICS L85 is easily one of the best rifles i own. I have swapped the front hand guard out for the Daniel defense RIS, and run the gun with an PEQ 11.1V lipo. The guns ROF is amazing, and in semi, it is quite accurate up to about 200' or a little more with the hop up tuned in and a 6.03 mm tbb. I would highly recommend this gun to anyone.

However, do keep in mind the gun is VERY heavy (8.5 lbs stock without a battery, and with the RIS and some accessories, mine runs about 14 pounds) and is weighted to the rear. Even adding the front RIS didnt help balance it all that much. Just something to mention
