"Meh, they are a little hard to put on, but not bad. Granted, I put them on CMI (Checkmate ) 25 round mags for my Springfield M1A, so it might be different for an air rifle mag. I put it on one side, both edges and pulled it across to catch on the other side. I then stuck my index finger inside the corner curve of the rubber edge and pulled each corner down, going around and around. When half way down, or thereabouts, I could then get my index and middle finger inside the edge sides and then pulled down and in about 5 minutes had it on. During this process, when you pull down, it only goes down a tiny bit so be patient, it's working. I brought it down until the edges were flush with bottom of mag so the sharp mag corners will not scrap my hand/fingers, cuz that ouchie is like getting sliced with a dull knife.

If you're at the point of frustration, you might want to use a hair dryer to heat it up, I do that with rubber finger grips I put on my pistols. New rubber that hasn't been stretched yet is stubborn.

I HIGHLY recommend this item, I have them on all of my M1A mags. It is worth every pain and cuss word experienced in putting them on.

"I got these just to see how they were. I pretty much love anything that is MAGPUL. I got this for my M14. These are great and it helps alot with magazine changes. They also look so tacti-cool. These are great for your magazines and I would recommend it to anybody.

"If anyone is wondering how this works, it slips onto the bottom of your magazine so that if it is in your vest for example you can just slip it out and reload. "But won't the magpuls come off if the magazine is snug tight in the vest?" Duct tape is the solution, my friends. I know many experienced players, especially adults who use these and they have a piece of duct tape securing these around their mags. They are very useful to your own advantage and I advise everyone to carry a few of these around for their M4/M16 mags.
