"I got my magazine with my order of the Ak12 Gbbr rifle. I just ordered 4 more as that all they had left. I extreamly pleased with the magazine and its performance. Sometimes the mags make the difference. Can’t wait for the others to arrive and overall great magazine to a great Airsoft series.

"These aluminum AK-12 gas blowback magazines are built like tanks. They hold 35 rounds, lock firmly into the magwell without wobbling, and feature steel-reinforced input and output valves that easily survive hard drops on the field.

Out on the field, the gas efficiency is highly reliable. A standard 15 to 20-second fill of green gas or unregulated camping propane comfortably yields 3 to 4½ full cycles before needing a top-off, though realistically you will probably get 2½ to 3 full cycles depending on temperature and other conditions. Internally, they run heavy-duty green 80-degree NBR seals rather than standard silicone rubber.

The only real downside comes during deep maintenance. Those thick NBR O-rings on the inlet valves have a nasty habit of essentially thread-locking the valve into the magazine body. If you ever need to unscrew the inlet valve to clear out stiction, it takes extreme care to avoid stripping the valve head or shredding the O-ring itself. Aside from that specific maintenance quirk, they are incredibly consistent, hard-use magazines.

"Keep in mind my AK12 was purchased from a different website, but it is still the same model. The WELL Pro Ak-12/23.

The magazine releases gas when inserted into the rifle and continues to fire even when it runs out of BBs, wasting gas.

The mag also fails to release enough gas to fire or cycle randomly.

The mag works, mostly.

3/5 stars.
