"this stock caught my eye and I have been wanting to try it, my plan was to put it on my grid loc 8" model as I call that an "executive" gun, its very clean modern and sleek, it makes me think of executive protection but having a giant m4 stock on seemed silly to me.

I purchased it when it when on sale and i was really hoping that the end cap would just either clip or screw onto the buffer tube. it does not do either, it is secured by a small allen bolt and you have to take the stock to access it.

this kind of crushed my initial hopes, typically, i want to be able to change batteries as quick as possible when im on the field the games can go for a few hours so I usually carry atleast an extra battery.

unfortunately the bad news does not stop there, while the over all product looks really good, the stock is extremely lose on it. the kicker is fit the "executive" look I was going for really well and just could not see another stock looking as good.

I decided to ditch the back plate entirely to keep my sanity and my battery changes as quick as possible, I then found the length of pull I wanted for the stock and essentially glued it into place using steel stick to fix the woble.

it looks a little strange having exposed wires so I then 3d printed a piece that friction fits to cover all of the dead space with the stock extended, works beautifully and I am very happy now.

so this review is more of a "so you know" because there was nothing in the description about how it works, either than my complaints its a good piece of kit and kit and I would indeed recomend it.
