Golden Eagle Complete Receiver Set for M4 / M16 Airsoft GBB Rifles

"Swapped out the polymer receiver on my S&T M4 GBBR with this. All of the internals was a perfect and direct fit and no modifications to the receiver was needed.

For those of you that want to replace the plastic receiver on your S&T/Golden Eagle Gbbrs be aware that you may need to file down certain areas to fit components. On my gun, it took all of the internal & external components perfectly. The only problem with mine was that the gun would not close without putting a lot of pressure on the upper receiver to make sure it would line up with the body pins. To make it fit better, I filed down the bolt stop surface so it sits flatter with the lower receiver.

Once you get everything together, it runs fine and the weight feels nice. Overall, I'm giving it 4/5 just because it wasn't a direct drop-in for me but your installation may be different due to improved quality control.
