  • How do I order from Evike.com?
    Ordering from Evike.com is easy and secure. Simply go to www.evike.com, add the desired items to your shopping cart, and check out.

  • What is Evike.com's daily order processing cut off time?
    Our daily cut-off time is 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST may not be sent to shipping center until the following business day. If you placed an express order and would like the order to be shipped the same day, please be sure to submit your order before 1:00PM PST.


  • When will my order be shipped and how long does it take to arrive?
    At Evike.com, we understand the importance of getting your items to you as fast as possible and we are constantly working on ways to do that. All orders for in-stock items will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded). We will email your tracking number once your order is shipped. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Please see below UPS transit time map for estimated delivery time.

    Please note that the transit time are in addition to the order processing time of 1-3 business days. Order processing time may be longer during long weekends or the holiday season. However, it is still our goal to get your order out within 3 business days.
    If you need your order delivered sooner, please consider using 2nd day, 3rd day or next day guaranteed delivery services. Please note our daily order cut-off time is 1:00 PM PST.


  • Can you ship my order to "This Address"?
    Airsoft is restricted in some states and countries. We strongly recommend that you study your local laws and regulations regarding Airsoft before placing an order.
    The buyer is responsible for complying local import laws, fees and duties.
    All goods are sold out of our warehouse in California and shipped via buyer paid & selected services. Evike.com complies 100% with its local, state and federal laws and regulations.
    Evike.com cannot follow, update, or be held responsible for your local laws and regulations.

  • What do I do if my items arrived damaged or defective?
    Not to worry! Evike.com carries an industry leading true 45 day warranty for all items carried on our website unless otherwise specified. Please understand that some situations are out of our control, but rest assured we are always here to help! Please visit our "WARRANTY SERVICE" page and complete an online RMA form. A friendly Evike.com staff will review your case and contact you within 1~3 business days.
    If you received a package damaged in transit, please keep original packaging and packaging material and contact us right away to file a claim with the carrier.

  • How do I place an online order with a gift card (generally designed for physical swipe transactions)?
    For card holder protection, Evike.com utilizes AVS (address verification) to ensure all packages are shipped to the billing address of the credit card owner. For gift cards, you will need to call your gift card provider to add your billing and shipping address to the card prior to placing an order online.

    *In the event your card is declined due to AVS mis-match, the funds will be placed on hold by the card issuer for about 2-5 business days. (Quick tip: To get your funds released immediately, contact your card issuer/bank.)


  • What are "Pre-Order" items?
    Items with the description "Pre-Order estimated date arrival" are not in stock, but you can reserve yours by placing an order and paying for it first. As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship out the reserved orders first in the order received. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve items before they arrive so you can get the items that you really want.

  • What is the shipping method "Evike Super Saver"?
    This is a flat rate shipping method for qualified domestic or International orders. The shipping service carrier is selected by Evike.com and may be changed without notice.


  • I entered my billing information incorrectly and the transaction was declined when I tried to check-out. Two charges appeared on my account. What happened and what do I do?
    For card holder protection, when a credit card attempt is made but declined (perhaps from a typo resulting in a wrong billing addresses entered), the following happens.
    - The credit card processor will decline the transaction and funds may be on hold for 2-5 business days.
    - Before re-entering your credit card information for a second attempt, please contact your credit card issuer to make sure all card information (including expiration date and billing address) are correct. - To request to have the pending funds released immediately, please contact your credit card issuer for further assistance. We would be happy to provide any additional information to assist you. Please call our customer service support during our office hours.



  • What is Airsoft? Why Airsoft?
    Airsoft is a recreational sport started in the 70's with games run similar to paintball. Airsoft guns projects 6mm plastic bbs. Airsoft is designed for use in a certified or regulated sporting event or competition, in military or civil defense activities and theatrical productions. Airsoft guns are NOT bb guns or paintball guns. Airsoft guns do not shoot at dangerous speed and impact like BB guns. Airsoft gained its popularity over paintball because it is more affordable, better looking, more practical, and much cleaner than paintball guns.


  • Spring, Gas and Electric Airsoft guns?
    Spring guns are manual powered Airsoft guns where you fire each round by pulling the bolt into the locking position (like most sniper rifles). They are generally cheaper and meant as collectors' items.
    Airsoft gas guns are powered by Co2 cartridge, propane adapter or green gas. They are generally found in the form of pistols where a full size gearbox cannot fit into the frame of the gun.
    Airsoft electric Guns (AEGs) are powered in a similar way to a RC car internal, designed for easy troubleshooting, high power and high rate of fire and are the most popular forms of regulated sport event.

  • What is a spoof email and how to protect your identity?
    Spoof emails are sent by 3rd party attempting to trick you into providing your personal and billing information over the internet. The links you click on will look identical to your bank or PayPal's website, only with a different URL. Spoof emails are generally sent with familiar made-up identities such as PayPal, your bank or big online merchants such as Evike.com or Amazon.
    How to protect yourself? Spoof emails generally have a familiar made-up sender. General rules of the thumb. NEVER input your password on the internet from a link in an email or pop-up window. If you did, change your password immediately.
