"I purchased this gun a couple months back, but haven’t been able to use it in action until recently. This was such a fun gun to use. Very compact and versatile for cqb. Anyone that may need a backup to a sniper, or a cqb main. I highly suggest this gun. A lot of people asked what gun it was, and complimented it. Definitely a head turner.

"So this review is coming from someone who has own a JG scorpion, TM scorpion, and a TM Mac. Out of all those AEPs this one takes the freakin cake! The gun has one little flaw but it’s not the guns fault. Its Tokyo Marui.... you guys already know it’s a good one lol so I’ll just get to the pros and cons

Pros:
Very durable
Light weight
Great Hopup to be expected with all TM guns
Longer barrel then the original=better range
Mag has a neat design
Lots of rails!!!
Great trigger response and rate of fire with the matrix 7.4 aep battery

Cons:
Mag it came with miss feeds and jams a bit
Fire selector is weirdly stiff and flimsy at the same time
Doesn’t come with a battery

People complain about this gun being expensive...... it’s only $15 more then the normal one 😂

That’s it! Buy it before it goes away!

"Got this gun second hand, so I cannot speak to the original shipped quality. However I do take apart and clean all of the guns I have to make sure they are always in the best shape possible.

Pros:
1. Lots of stuff you can change - very modable
2. Decent stock
3. Nice external build quality
4. 7.4 volt or higher battery has a decent feel and fast spray
5. Internal diagram listed on product page

Neutral:
1. The folding stock as a grip doesn't really work because it's offset so much, but it's a cute design.
2. They included iron sights are basically unusable, but they don't get in the way and there's always point and shoot, or spray and pray.

Cons:
1. 7.2 volt mimh batteries are not sufficient enough for this gun, trigger response is sluggish and and utterly unusable. But upgrade to a 7.4 lipo and it's significantly better.
2. Internal trigger assembly that sits in the handle of the gun is he disgusting mess to work on. It is an insane mess of metal and plastic that goes everywhere.
3. The magazine isn't great overall, no major issues just not the highest quality internals. It doesn't feel good.
4. Can't get the trigger guard to stay in place
5. The stock in general could be more comfortable and usable, I am planning to put on a small cheek pad, and perhaps replace the butt plate somehow.

TLDR:
Not worth 200 bucks, decent with stronger battery, internals are not friendly.

"So I got this because, I mean come on, look at it. If nothing else it would be a cool display piece. That being said here are my experiences after having fielded it using .25 bbs.

-never jammed
-slow trigger response, there was a definite delay
-220 fps (.25s)
-it was very quiet when shooting, which given its pretty low range and trigger response, is fantastic cause it let's you get right up on people
-it was extremely accurate
-absolutely solid construction with little to no wobble, while being light weight.
-durable, it took 2 direct hits to the left side of the handguard and receiver, with not so much as a scratch

All in all I'm happy to run it as a back up to a sniper or something, but I'd like to get some upgrade parts to get the ROF and trigger response up, as well as the fps
