"I bought a Specna Arms SBR suppressed version and it turns out there are 14mm+ threads in the supressor part of the outer barrel. Rather than replacing the outer barrel (I'm not sure you can remove the supressor part separately) I just got this adapter and and now I can slap a tracer on it!

Tldr: Works on Specna Arms SBR Suppressed vision (can't vouch for any others.)
