"As far as a drop in replacement charging handles goes, these will do just fine. They drop right in and function how you would expect. The finish seems like it should last too. HOWEVER, if you are buying these in the hopes of having an extended charging handle, look elsewhere. I bought the type A version in the hopes that it would give my hands a little more clearance between mounting screws/levers on optics, especially since I run the charging handle on the opposite side on my SRU SCAR bullpup, but the type A ringed charging handle is actually slightly shorter than the stock SCAR charging handle. It can be flipped upside down so it isn't so close to the top rail, but at that point, it has the same functionallity as the stock charging handle. In conclusion, if you just want a good, unique replacement handle this is by all means a 5 star product. If you're looking at this for the ultra specific reasons that I listed, save your money.
