"Ok I got the paladin rounds Friday and I got the mk2 paladin not the ones in the picture they fit in the shell I have I just don't know how the spin from the rifling is going to be effected I will have to test the two rounds out side by side and see which one does better

It take a bit to become accurate with them so I would advise getting the dummy rounds for practice

"As others say, these rounds are really hard and won't break unless you hit a solid object like rock or concrete. At 10 yards on a particle board dummy house it just bounced right off, which was disappointing, but it could be fired again. Save the fragments (especially the black plastic rifled base) as you can use them to make casts of the rounds to provide plenty of cheap shooting for target practice. I've used paper clay (look up how to make it online), HMA (hot glue), and Great Stuff foam to make some target shooting grenades. You can't make them easily or as accurately without having a set original TAG rounds to serve as the model to cast from. If you want more reliable chalk rounds for milsim use I would advise making the tips of the grenades from paper mache which creates a very thin and brittle shell that breaks easily allowing vehicle crew to easily see they are hit. Also probably makes it slightly safer for anti-personnel use but of course not all fields/events will accept homemade rounds.

Another issue is that the cast of the rifling on these factory rounds are actually pretty poor and low quality. I can see a lot of incomplete fill on my rounds around the rifling portion. It isn't an issue since theoretically the round will fly consistently as long as one land of the rifling band will engage the rifling in the launcher shell but it did mean only 2 round out of 10 were found to be perfect enough to be worthy of serving as the master for making molds for homemade grenades.

If you really feel lazy you can actually just take the bases of the fired and broken rounds and mold some paper clay around as the inside of the bases are hollow providing a secure grab to the paper clay. This way you can make dummy rounds instantly to prolong the life of your rounds. Another option is to simply fire them at a soft target like a stuffed animal or a foam archery cube on grass with moist dirt. You can probably reuse the rounds several times if they land soft enough (obviously no chalk burst effect).
