The Angel Custom Firestorm Drum magazine represents the pinnacle of research and development in the search for a compact, reliable, high capacity Airsoft magazine. The Firestorm takes the high capacity capability of popular electric winding drum magazines and replaces the jamming prone electric motors with the popular operator manipulated flashmag mechanism improving the overall reliability and feeding capability of the magazine. Unlike most other high capacity drum style magazines on the market, the Firestorm is not tied to a single weapon platform. Angel Custom offers the adapters for the firestorm separate, allowing for it to be used in M4/M16, AK and G36 style Airsoft AEGs, one magazine, three different weapon types. Why Hi-Cap Magazines?
A High Capacity Magazine (AKA "Hi-Cap") holds a larger amount of rounds than standard allowing the operator to play for longer between mag changes. This can be a huge tactical advantage and also means you usually never have to worry about running out of ammo in-game. Hi-Caps will make a slight rattle due to the large amount of rounds being held in the BB reservoir, but this slight noise is indistinguishable in the heat of battle. Simply outfit yourself with a few Hi-Caps and you are ready to rock!

"I've have this specific drum mag for a few years now and I can't say it's pretty decent and well built but does have a tiny issue or flaw. Sometimes after a few games or if you've accidentally dropped the drum mag it can force bbs past the shelf and go into the area where the gears and cogs are and slow down the rate of how it feed making it feed very poorly. If you open it up you can see that the shelf doesn't have any sort of support and when using heavy bbs it makes it weight down on the shelf flexing it just enough for bbs to pass by and clog up the gears. I remedy this whis some closed cell foam, like the kind or get sometimes in you aeg boxes. I cut it to shape and made it like a support making sure to not interfere with the gears inside. Works fine now. This is also a issue with the electric one as well but it won't interfere with the feeding rate just the shelf is also weak and flimsy and at risk of flexing when using heavy bbs. Hope this makes sense and helps people out. Other than that this is a 5 star product and would buy again if need be.

"I've only owned it for a few weeks now, but so far it feeds great with no problems and is a blast to use. Just pull the ripcord a bunch of times and you're good to go for hundreds of rounds, I haven't tried counting but it shoots more than I could ever need in one continuous spray. I bought it for my AK and AUG, and switching out the magwell adapters is a really quick and easy process. It doesn't feel too heavy or bulky in my AK, it feels slightly bulky on the AUG due to the bullpup design but it doesn't disrupt the ability to shoot the gun comfortably and its barely noticable if you're wearing gear. It fits into both guns with no wobble whatsoever, which was suprising to me since all the AK mid caps I own wobble quite a lot. Its definitely worth the price, especially if you own multiple guns that it could work in.
