"Got this today and the Cytac holster for the CZ P-09 fits perfectly. The screw needs to be tightened good, but there is no issue with a little elbow grease. It fits tight to my leg with almost no wobble at all.

"I LOVE this platform! The rubberized, elastic straps hold the holster in place, and it's always right where I expect it to be when I reach down for it.

"If you already have a matrix hardshell holster then you can definitely attach it to this drop leg. You would have to have the right size allen key to do that of course. Feels great and you can add hardshell mag pouches on to the two empty slots, if you want to do that of course. Great quality. Very easy to adjust the straps.

"Cool accessory if you want your Cytac or Matrix holster on the thigh.

"I purchased this along with the paddle hip holster and the 1911 hard shell holster with the hopes of swapping out between the two options depending on the day. The hard shell holster was impossible to get the screw into so you could then screw it into the drop leg holster so I do not know exactly how well the system works.

What I will say is after adjusting the straps, the drop leg holster was very comfortable. It also has easy access to securing the screw and nut to the hard shell holster (if you are ever able to get the screw into the hard shell holster to begin with). The only issue I had with the drop leg was in order to secure it to your body, you must feed a belt through it. I would much prefer to be able to wrap it around the belt instead of through it like the tornado drop leg holster. Also, to feed the belt through the opening you have to fight through some unnecessary velcro that does not need to be there in the opening because you can't adjust that part of it in any way. I was using a leather belt to try it on and it was fine, but the velcro belt I use for playing was fighting me the whole way trying to adjust it.

overall 4/5 stars due to concept of modular system and comfort.

"The holster screws are not long enough to clear the strap. You will have to unscrew a strap securing the strap to get the screw in place

"I want to do this review quick.

I use this holster with my battle belt harness to avoid him from dropping down my leg. The plastic is resistant and good material, the holster sticks perfect as intended.

The issue with it is that the height adjuster Velcro strap is secured to the drop leg plastic with holes on the strap and freaking SCREWS, so I can adjust the height at all!!!

If the strap contains more holes to loose the screw, adjust the strap, and tight the screew, it would be awesome, BUT NO!, you will have to do the holes on the straps by your self, which I am lazy AF and dont want to do the holes and beside I'm not very savy in this type of things so if I try to do the holes, most probably will ruin the strap.

Cmon matrix you can do better than this.

"i really want to give this a better score. when you first put it on this drop leg feels great. It's when you walk around with it on for a little bit is when you see the problem. This drop leg panel simply cannot keep the leg straps tight. They either slip down your leg or the entire strap itself just becomes extra loose. I cant run for more than 100 ft before this thing it flopping around on the side of my leg.

Pros:
works great with holster
looks cool

Cons:
straps become loose or slip very easily
