"I bought this from a friend who never ended up installing it in his gun. I paired it with an ASG Lonex double O-ring cylinder head and a Retro Arms single O-ring nozzle and the compression I got was astounding. The cylinder has tight tolerances which is good, and it fit comfortably in both my Krytac and VFC gearbox shells. Good cylinder for the price, im really happy with the quality and this will probably be my go-to in the future.

"if youre worried about the length of your inner barrel being too long for the air cylinder you have, just buy this one, this non-ported full cylinder will work efficiently for all CQB and DMR builds. I use these in all of my builds combined with a lonex double O'ring cylinderhead and a THOR2 Red Piston by angel customs with a Lonex piston head mushroom then to top it off use the matrix red air nozzle because that is also double O'ringed. makes an Airseal that will not let air leave while being compressed (no matter how hard you compress it) if you plug the air nozzle and or the cylinder head with your finger.

"I think these are SHS brand, but I'm not sure. Anyway, fits great in a stock shell and the bore is already polished to a near mirror finish. the ribbing surface looks to be nicely machined and doesn't interfere with the shell. 5/5 what a cylinder should be.

"Awesome fit in my v2 gear box for my A&K ACR MASADA. I paired it with "ASG Lonex AEG Gearbox CNC Aluminum Cylinder Head" and it was a great snug fit creating awesome compression. I gained about 10fps with an m95 spring. The volume ratio also supported my 470mm length x 6.03 matrix inner barrel. I would very much recommend this product for DMR type builds.

"I was worried at the sight of the thumbnail that the cylinder would be too wide or have too thick of walls, but that was not the case, it was a perfect fit and I am happy with the upgrade. Probably increased my fps by about 15, having a 550mm barrel. The ribs are actually really cool, and feel very precise. Provides amazing compression on it's part, and has quite a smooth interior. I expect it to last longer than most other parts.
In short: Have an AEG with a long barrel? This is for you.

"i just got this cylinder and installed it in my Beta Project AK and its great! it is actually an SHS cylinder and it gets great fitting and compression with my double o ring Matrix cylinder head and Matrix air nozzle! i plan on buying more for my other AEGs!

"This cylinder is in my opinion one of the best on the market. Angel Custom does a really great job with their products and everything I have ever seen made by them has been top notch and well priced. This cylinder is no exception to that. I put this cylinder in a G&G blowback gun which I heavily modified, I had to modify the gearbox shell and file off two little flanges that were used to go in the notch of those awful blowback cylinders. I did so with a flat file and this cylinder worked great. I dropped it right in, it fit well, had a great seal with the cylinder head, and is gives great fps with my 407 mm madbull 6.01 tightbore. It allows the piston head to clear the slots just enough so it can suck air in every shot and push almost the full length of the cylinder and get that air pushing that bb. It does this everytime. My gun shoots about 410 fps at about 30 bb's a second on an 11.1 lipo(240 feet of effective range) and those stats would not be possible without this cylinder. I highly suggest it to anyone looking to do a high quality build.

I kind of don't like the ribbed design just because it makes the gearbox look a little weird but it is fine
Doesn't fit in a G&G Blowback without doing some file work on the gearbox shell, that isn't the cylinder's fault though.

Conclusion: Best cylinder on the market. Buy it for any gearbox build that you need great air seal.

"The ribs were weird at first, but help so that the cylinder doesn't move around as much in the gearbox. I got this after correcting the AoE (Angel of Engagement, google it if you don't know) and needed more volume in my cylinder. It worked very well!

"Cylinder is fine when first taking it out of the box, but one thing that i noticed when installing it is that the ribbed parts of the cylinder create enough of a wall thickness difference in my CA E90 gearbox that the gearbox wasn't able to close back up without some serious convincing. Once I was able to get the gearbox put back together, the extra pressure caused the gearbox to press even harder on the gears forcing them to lock up. I am not sure if this is only the case with this gearbox but I cannot figure out why this would even be a thing. Might try it in another gearbox but pretty disappointed considering I would think cylinders would all be a standard size for wall thickness.

"I got this cylinder to use in my echo 1 platinum m4 and the second I installed it and tried it it was way too tight for the stock piston head to where it wouldn't even move and it fried the fuse because of all the resistance and heated the wires and melted the insulator between the wires and now I need new ones because they short and maybe a new motor all because I got this cylinder. Overall I would stay away from this because I need to replace a lot of part in my gun because of it.
