Spare Magazine for Double Eagle M21 1911 Sports Airsoft Pistol

"I got two of these, and both are great! They're better than the stock plastic mags, and they are indeed compatible with the Double Eagle M291 full metal 1911! I never had any feeding issues, and although the reserve door does pop open occasionally(a latch would be nice), it's not bad, and the reserve is wonderful when you're out of fresh mags, and it doesn't take too long to load from reserve.

Overall, a great mag at a great price.

"Overall a good magazine. 4 stars for a few reasons. The magazine is NOT metal. It is plastic. That being said it does feel well made. They had some extra plastic around the hole that felt slightly sharp but not enough to break skin. Easy to file off so not really a problem. Strangley, I bought 3 guns and 6 of these magazines. All 3 that came with the gun were the exact same magazine but didn't have this problem. All 6 seperate magazines did.

"These mags are NOT METAL. They are plastic and the exact same as the mag that came with my DE M291 pistol.

They are super cheap and function perfectly so I'd still say buy it.

"Works well for a magazine. The guide spring for the BB's is very solid, but the back hatches on 2 of the 4 mags I got were very loose. In reality, the 90+ storage unit in the mag is really gimmicky and doesn't quite work well, but the mag itself is pretty good and you don't really need to use the storage unit unless you really want to.

"Mag does NOT feed 6mm bbs properly because of the spring. Spring does not stay straight in the mag and the bbs have too much room to move making the mag feed horribly. Near the top of the mag the bbs get jammed and you have to pull the spring back and smack the mag a few times for it to shoot one bb. Not worth it
