"I haven’t found a more reliable gas magazine than these. Excellent gas efficiency if the gun is working properly. The feed lips hold up great and they are extremely well built. Just remember to press the lock button on the follower after loading all 40 rounds. I keep forgetting…

"These mags are great and are pretty gas efficient, but I live in San Diego. I've dropped one of these mags on the dirt ground from like 2 and a half feet up and it still works perfectly. On a regular day in SD, I can get like 1 and a half mags out of one gas fill. I use a dump pouch with these and they still work fine despite being knocked around.

"this mag is great. it runs off of kwa's ns2 gas system so there isnt alot of gas consumption. its full metal and weighs a good pound or two. unlike what evike says it only holds 40 rounds. if you try to put in more then the follower lock engages after every shot till you get to 40 rounds. believe me i have tried putting in more and it didnt work. just keep it at 40 rounds. all in all great mag, howerver it does cost alot for the one mag. someone needs to make a CO2 version of this.

"I currently own three of these MP7 magazines. I bought two of these and own the stock one that came with the KWA MP7A1. There is almost no noticeable differences between the magazines that come with the gun and these. The only difference I can see is that the words "MANUFACTURED IN TAIWAN" on the left side of the magazine is more of a grey with these and the one that came with the gun is more of a white. Other than that there are no differences that I know of. Alright now that's out of the way so we can talk about the quality of these magazines. These are of course gas magazines so they are very expensive and are made of steel. The magazines is completely made of steel besides some O-Rings, thee feeding lip, the plate on the bottom and a few other internal workings. These hold 40 rounds however can hold a few more if you push down the follower a bit more. Do not load anymore than 40 rounds in here because it will not feed properly. Also make sure you perfectly double stack the BB's in the magazines or it won't feed properly. Each magazines individually shoots about 90 BB's off of a single gas fill. I am currently using Asura Green Gas however I don't really trust this brand because it sounds like all the grease clumped together in the middle. Just buy elite force green gas because you know it's coming from someone you can trust. when you use a whole mag over an extended period of time it will get kind of cold. The faster you dump the mag the colder it gets. If you dump the mag really fast, condensation will start to form on it. Don't worry this is normal. Since this isn't your standard M4 magazine, it is kind of difficult to load. The follower and spring lock in to place which is a very nice feature so you don't have to hold the spring and load at the same time. My speed loader has a hard time working with this magazine as should all speed loaders. http://www.evike.com/products/53606/
But if you position the magazine and the speed loader perfectly it will take about thirty five seconds to load. Loading it by hand takes about the same time. Of course this is me loading it after a month of experience with it so your first time loading it will not go as smoothly. You fill the gas the same way with every other green gas magazine. The fill valve is on the bottom of the magazine and the dump valve is located on the top rear of the magazine. Do not dump all the gas at the same time by holding down the dump valve because i've heard it can cause damage to the O-Ring. Also when loading the magazine do not slam the follower and spring because that will wear down the little tab that causes the bolt to lock back after shooting all of your ammunition. So now that all of that is out of the way, let's talk about some downsides to this magazine. The most obvious one is of course the price! $55 a magazine makes it very difficult to own very many magazines. I currently own three magazines and can go for a 15 minute game that's 15 vs 15 and shoot anywhere from two to three magazines with 10 to 15 kills. I plan on purchasing two more magazines just so that I don't have to be worrying quite as much about running out of BB's. Another problem, is not with the magazines themselves but the lack of storage options. I found that the Condor SMG magazine pouch flops around a lot while running. However I decided to purchase the Blue Force Gear Ten Speed quad MP7 magazine pouch. I haven't yet received it yet but can't wait to see how well it works with these. It costs about $45 which is a bit much for me but i'm hoping it's well worth it. I have heard of people using AK pouches and M4 pouches with these magazines which simply didn't work for me at all. I was using my Condor Triple Magazine pouch and was off to a sprint and one of the magazines flew out and smacked the ground really hard. Luckily these things are built extremely well so it had no issues or aesthetic damage. also really quickly, this magazine fully loaded weighs just under a pound. Anyways, for a quick recap...

PROS
-Extremely solidly built
-Feed well
-90 BB's one a single fill

"their really nice and high quality. warning, dont drop them on the bottom of the mag or else the bottom will snap ruining your mag. high price also. but u need mags for the gun!

"These mags are good on a hot day like 90 degrees you get like a mag and a half and from like 60-80 degrees you get only one mags worth but over all good construction a 4 out of 5 because of how expensive they are the cheapest i have found them for was like 50$ but i would rather pay the extra 4$ dollars and get it from evike.
