"No you cannot insert a tracer on this thing without serious modification to the body. I believe the top part can be removed but you have to melt the glue around it to twist it open. Other than that if you don't want a tracer unit pick this up. Pay extra for the tracer unit version. This thing has thick girth and weight.

"I bought it in order to place a tracer I already have inside of it. This version comes as one solid piece I have yet to figure out how to disassemble so kind of a bummer there. Its pretty heavy and about the size of a soda can at the end of my gun so looks wise its a 5/5 stars. Just a little bummed that I cant take it apart to tinker with. also makes the gun sound pretty wicked.
