"MR-HOP is the Maple Leaf product that is essentially a bucking that acts like R-hop.

This is a great product. I bought the 60 degree. I installed in a DMR build with an old h-nub I had sitting around. This will overhop .36 easily, and is every bit as accurate as I could really hope for.

Buy with confidence.

"Using the 70 degree in a CYMA 680G featherweight with a Mad Bull Black Python barrel, and I am easily hitting a human-sized target every time with 28's at 160ft. Far better than stock buckings!

"I shy from writing a review, I love this, but they are always sold out and I wouldn't like to put more attention on them than necisery for selfish reasons. but this product is a lifesaver. makes a bomb build better, and is replaceable when it wears out.

"LOL the 2008 reviews are for a totally different product.

I decided to run a softer bucking because it was only available. I was under the impression that 70 degree was the way to go for any AEG, but after reading some posts on reddit and sniper forums. A softer bucking isn't a bad thing to have. It may wear out earlier, but the immediate effects are felt.

I run a mostly stock AUG except for a Lonex hop up unit and ZCI or Lambda barrel, both stainless steel. I have a Krytac M95(?) spring yielding about 350 fps with hop up down. After setting up the hop up, I can reach smaller fields from one spawn to another without any wind effects. A very rough guesstimate with 15-20mph winds had me shooting into other team's spawn with .32g. Based on satellite Google maps, it's about 150 feet. I haven't actually tested it with targets and measuring tape with ideal weather conditions, but I'm very certain you'll be outperforming some players out there.

It's a must have to buy the tensioner nub. A flat nub can work as well.

"For reference, my purchase was the 70 degree bucking. I got this the other day in the middle of the airsoft day and I saw a noticeable jump in shot consistency compared the usage of the stock bucking. I've heard the harder (higher the degrees) it is, the better for more accurate groupings, but it's dependent on what you're trying to hit at what distance. That's what I've heard so if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. While I can't explicitly say how much tighter my groupings are, I will say that stray shots are much less common now and I can trust that my gun be able to hit what I aim at a lot more. Would gladly recommend for someone who's looking into a low price upgrade after upgrading their inner barrel and/or hop up unit for their gun and without wanting to rip open their gearbox to do it.

"These are money! I heard about them from an evike support agent, when I was waiting for the R-hop evike prometheus barrels to come back into stock. Glad I didn't wait, I've fully converted over. It seems the 60 degree bucking tend to be the best for my purposes. The FPS range is assumed to be for .20 bb's but I've over estimated this using blue buckings and don't get as good as results bc when I use .36 and .40 BBs then it appears to not be as consistent almost too stiff I suppose...given these are only going 350-375 fps. I'm using a flat hop nub from the modify pack in one setup. The other setup (wolverine mtw polymer hop unit) I'm using the silent industries CNC aluminum arm Type I.

"i have this gun and i love it but some times it is a hassle to get it to feed right so i just held it closer to the hop up and shot that way for 7 games and another thing ti jams quite often so just put your unjamming rod into in the barrel and push with some force but not a lot and the only thing is if you don't know the gun just be careful of the gear box when you take it apart and keep track of your screws!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i give it a 3/5 because it has its drawbacks but that can be fixed quite easly or if you dont want to work on your ak you can just go to your airsoft store and ask if thay fix it and if not just be carful and put every thing back the way it was!!!!!!!!

"I got one of these in a trade. Externally the gun looks great, and is quite heavy. One feature I really like is the bolt, you can pull it all the way back, not just 2 inches like other airsoft AKs. Makes a nice clack when you let go of it. The biggest problem I have, and still have with this gun is feeding it. No matter which mags I use, none of them want to feed consistently with the ICS AK-74. When I first got this I found I had to push the mag up into the mag well and hold it for it to feed moderately.

A gun can have all the nice external features and all, but it's worthless if it can't feed in the middle of a fight. I give it a 3/5. Also, I've heard word there is a newer version of this gun coming out sometime this year.
