"Firstly, I need to point out that I paired this piston head with an SHS lightwight piston, in a DSG m249 build. The stresses of my build are quite extreme, so take this review with a lot of salt.

Not a bad piston head. I purchased this one in particular so that I could leave it with at least one review, and to be frank, it's not bad. It came in a nice bit of packaging and it works well. I put some loctite to hold the piece together onto the piston and it seems to do alright. Good compression for the money, but not as good as those at the $15 price point.

Not bad, I'd recommend as a replacement for a plastic head any day for someone who doesn't want to spend much. However, I'd advise spending more money to get a better quality one. I've swapped it out onto one of my loaner m4's and put back on one of my more trusted heads.

3/5, good for a cheap build.
