The Wing Mounted Tourniquet Holder or WMTH is an upgrade to the standard "dangler" style tourniquet holders on the market.

The WMTH features a removable hood, which can be placed on either side of the WMTH, protecting the windlass retainer from mud, dirt and debris. The hood also protects the user's skin and clothing from the hook velcro on a NAR CAT tourniquet which can cause abrasions.

Like our BMTH V3, the WMTH comes with a reversible double sided cell, featuring black IR or high-vis reflective material.

The WMTH also features an elastic loop allowing the user to store a marker, decompression needle or chem-light.

On the rear of the WMTH, there is a slot that you can insert medical shears.
