Works great out of the box, comes with replacement seals! Worth the price of admission. Bought a cheap $50 Matrix 40mm launcher to go along with these shells. Its a good time.

"I got one of these with the wads and it's surprisingly simple to work with. You load however many BBs you want to shoot into the wad, close the wad up, and put it in the shell. There are ridges on the wad so it will stay locked in even while jostling, and the wads have so far been reusable. The shell loads from the back so it's also a bit safer to use. It's easy to quickly load if you have a wide-necked container for BBs: just stick the wadding in, close it inside the container, then put it in the shell!

Only complaint I've had so far is a surprisingly consistent hangfire when using it in a launcher. On multiple occasions I have pulled the trigger and it had just sat there with the "primer" pushed almost all the way in, and the moment I take it out to check it, it would fire. Didn't matter if it was a second before firing or almost a minute after firing. It's a bit finnicky. I expect that my experience with it is not the average and maybe mine just needs some time to get working right, but otherwise I have not had many problems with it!

Overall, 8/10. Reusability paired with customizing the BB load makes this a really useful shell in a skirmish.
