"So I picked this up because of a bunch of .25 I have accumulated and don’t really use. I figured at $160 odd bucks what can go wrong. Boy this was not what I was expecting. So out of the box the first thing I did was remove the feed tray to install an adapter for M4 mags. I’m not going to lie this was pretty fun to use once I installed it. The shells (I dunno for sure) but hold about 30ish so about 10 trigger pulls with out reloading. The one mid cap I used was about 150 so 50 trigger pulls with out reloading opens up so many possibilities. Like there’s a sniper so far away just keep pulling the trigger you’ll eventually get him. Need to suppress someone well they will take cover. There’s a cheater well you can figure that out. To summarize it is basically a gas powered poor man’s AA-12. There are a few cons but being real for the price point it really doesn’t matter. The trigger pull is heavy but get used to it. The plastic grip feels cheap as well but hey it’s a cheap gun. Personally the price for this thing is well worth it. The real test of this gun is to see how long it lasts.

"this thing is awesome when it's working now getting it working takes 2 things heavy enough bbs and enough co2 I run it with .25s and it slaps. but the six shells I bough aren't enough to feed the chaos that you can cause using this as a sniper rifle yes it is that accurate or just spamming shots. thrashed it around and even got hit a couple times and it just didn't care I love it more then any of my other guns now

"So as with the other reviewers, I had been following this gun's development and have seen some of the older videos and comments showing it to be, frankly, unacceptably awful at its price point. Well I was too curious to just stop there and figured that they would have done SOME work on it and I too can confirm that they have. I'm not sure why Evikes video hides the performance, it adds suspicion and is unnecessary.

So getting that out of the way first:

Tested with Marui shells, 0.25g Matrix BBs

Single shot mode: 390 to 394 fps
3 Shot mode: 195 to 215 fps

But BUT I feel like that doesn't tell the whole story. I always use a laser range finder to measure range, it's a competition grade golf range finder. With the above testing conditions thr range was as follows:

Single Shot: 125-135 feet with good accuracy
3 Shot: 100 to 105 feet

Now let's be clear, the vast majority of people are awful of estimating range and/or use 'known' distances without confirming or measuring. For context most cheap aegs will go about 120 feet, high quality stock 145 150, and highly upgraded 175 180 with most AEGs topping out at 210 feet with over the top upgrades. Some can go further but with dismissing returns. 135 feet with a single shot gas shotgun is NOT a problem. And 100 feet for a 3 shot indoors is similarly not a problem.

I got this to use at an indoor field and can confirm it is quite perfect for it. The 3 shot more than covers the distances needed and I have no complaints for performance and i think most people using it would agree. I think Evike should do a follow up video that shows its actual performance as I think that would scare people less.

I only had two complaints:

1: the co2 cap is plastic. It has beefy threads but you're still screwing down plastic on metal, which I'd have preferred metal

2: the rear iron sight is almost non adjustable, it's spring loaded and moved with a screwdriver and barely holds position. Minor issue as I have a red dot for it but worth mentioning

It's all plastic which isn't a con to me, the light weight is appreciated and is actually very solid. There's quite a bit of rubberized sections to keep things feeling comfy and I appreciate the style.

Only other comment is that the trigger is a bit squishy. It is essentially a double action system that cocks and loads the bbs on each trigger pull. Not a big deal EXCEPT it locks up if you half pull. That means you need to do a FULL pull, full reset, essentially totally release the trigger, and then you can fire again. Not the worst thing but may limit rate of fire. That said on 3 shot mode you only get 10 pulls so not bad to be forced a little to control your fire.

Overall I like this shotgun a bunch and could see with a few minor tweaks becoming as ubiquitous as rhe H8R, and I think people should give it a try as this is a great simple way to get both a semi auto shotgun and make use of those dozens of shotshell magazines we all have.
