"I'm from 2018 an have traveled back in time to give you an early review. It is a great gun. It feed very well and was consistent. The stock inner barrel is great, but I swapped it out with a 6.01 tighbore. The build construction is amazing, and feels very sturdy. I ran it with a 7.4 li-po no problem. Even though the price is a bit high at release, it is worth every nickel.

"So I’m a big KRISS vector fan I have two being the gen1 (white limited edition) and the gen2. Now my gen1 I have had for 3 year and was waiting for the new one to come out due to the internals, I have always wanted to break open the gearbox and do work too the gen1 but after doing it three time, I said I’ll wait for the new.
Take a ways from the gen1.
Internally will need upgrades Overtime. stock is good, but you will see the changes. (Stronger, spring better barrel better Hop up and needs a faster trigger. Just not fast enough.)
The body is nice and beefy very very strong. Very important.
ONLY CON the price gen1 480.00$ something.
THE NEW GEN2
Now it’s the best smg I have (internally). You will be able to put shot on target so much faster(upgraded mosfet, allowing faster, trigger pulls on semi). The range is out of this world. I use .28 bbs on a nice light wind days at 1.2 joules not sure for fps but on windy days I’ll shoot .32 at .8 joules. Distance is about 150 feet (I feel like It’s more), ACCURATELY. The HopUp is fantastic brand new and updated. The price is even better (so I thought, and even after the first day of using it.) it’s 449.00 crazy. (Cheaper than the old one)
Can it be used indoor?
Yes, it can. With .25 fps is 348 and .20 is 396-400
THE BAD
Now after the first day of using i started to see some scratch marks on the body where on my other one almost none to it looks brand new still. Which led me to look more and I caught on the selector switch. I was messing one of the stoppers on one side come to find out it was shot off or broken off. For about a day, I contemplated sending it back but decided not to instead I’ll just stick it out but then noticed that the scratches were really getting bad and was thinking why is this cheaper than the old one? Internally it’s phenomenal so where is the value at cause the body is getting beat up so quickly. Now about 2 months in gun still shoots great still shoot straight, but I now have more chipping on the body being on the stock where now folds. Now I will say I do collapse it a lot, especially in CQB but still I have other friends that have the other one too with the collapse of stock and they haven’t broken it yet and they’ve had it for so long so I think that the price is really you’re paying for the internals where the body isn’t as strong or the old one the body strong and the internals aren’t as good for longevity of it. I’ll definitely update this at the end of the year hope this helps.

"Great gun, price is steep but hey it's a Vector.
Pros. Most everything about it.
Cons. 20 amp fuse pops after changing to DEANS plugs with 11.1 1300 mah battery. (fixed with a 25 amp fuse), easy removal and install from upper receiver.

"So I bought my vector back in April and waited for 4 months for it to arrive at my doorstep. I still waited excitedly and received my vector after the long weight. Here are my pros for the gun:
Pros:
- Full lightweight polymer build of the body.
- Ergonomic feel that allows you to easily manipulate the gun.
- small size allows for easy maneuvering in CQB arenas.
- The acuracy is INCREDIBLE and will easily shine in CQB..
- It's a Vector...nuff said.
Now to the cons, which unfortunately....really hold the guns shining performance back. This one problem......is the Magazines....
Going into my first match with the gun, I found out I was dry firing 90% of the time. Apparently what the problem was, was that the Magazine had jammed. Now I had loaded the magazines before to test fire the gun. but not up to full capacity...
The magazine jammed due to using a speed loader, which the manual said was the proper way to load it, other than by hand. It's hard to admire this gun's performance when the magazines don't feed the gun BB's. The repair man at the arena said Krytac must have some stupid guys when it comes to making the magazine for this gun.
Personally I think I might have just got unlucky with BOTH of my magazines, but still, it's a problem worth looking into. All in all, I still say it's a stellar gun that was worth the wait. maybe not the money....But definitely worth the wait
