"Way sturdier than the plastic ones. Fit just a little looser than real sapi plates in my emerson JPC but still fill out well and make it sturdier. Perfect.

"Theyre pretty good dense foam. I put these in my JPC 2.0 MEDIUM and they were a VERY tight fit. Almost had to cut some of the foam, but thats no big deal. Really good if you want to keep your plate carrier in shape.
