Matrix SR-2 MB13 Shadow Op Bolt Action Airsoft Sniper Rifle w/ LE Stock by WELL (Package: Gun Only)

"I received this gun for Christmas and so far I have had no problems wit it. There are a few things you should know before you buy this though. First off the retractable stock is a bit tighter than a normal M-4 stock so you can't transfer it to another gun. It is made out of the nice plastic most M-4 stocks are made of but if it breaks, finding a replacement won't be easy. The scope and bi-pod it comes with are nice. The scope has multiple zoom levels so it's far better than what I was expecting to come with it. The bi-pod is made out of metal and the legs flip in both directions. The internals are metal as well as the rail for the scope. The outer body as well as the front handguard are made out of a tough ABS. For some reason the buffer tube is also made out of this material, but it shouldn't be a problem. I haven't had the opportunity to crono the gun, but I would say it's around 330-350ish with .25s.

"I've had this gun for about a year and a half, this gun is great for anyone who wants to get a sniper. Whether you are new to airsoft sniping or you have tried other snipers and they haven't worked out, this is the best gun you can buy in my opinion. The 3 mags it comes with are plastic, but each mag holds 28 bbs. I was playing airsoft and a sniper on the other team was shooting at my buddy and I, I hit him first shot from about 50-75 feet, and when the enemy sniper walked past he said i hit his thumb.. which is where i was aiming to hit. Overall this is a great gun especially for 115 dollars.

"I love this gun. It was my first buy and I wasn't sure about the sport, but after getting into I'd recommend this rifle to any one. F.Y.I. sometimes the stocks are loose, take the butt stock off and add a little lock tight to the attachment screw and your back in business!

"I had done a lot of research prior to buying this gun. I discovered that a lot of people where unhappy with the performance. However, I think these people are the EXTREME die hards. For an intermediate or novice player, this gun is perfect. The wieght is just right, the feel is ver sturdy, and the thing shoots fast right out of the box. Its very easily customizable and has great potential to become one of the best Sniper rifles you will ever own. The only thing I found that bothers me a bit is the magazine. It's plastic and it gets stuck in the mag-well alot of the time. Just give it a quick smack and comes out easily. This could be just because its new right now, we will see.

"This is a VERY good weapon on the airsoft field. i have had this gun for three months now and i have no absolutly no problems with it... no jams, no cracks and very easy dissasembly. i love it because you can upgrade it with other m4/m16 parts. and by far the most accurate gun i have!

"just got this gun yesterday and its great! i was nailing a small 2inch lampost from about 130 give or take a few feet with ease immediatley. today i played airsoft with it and i only missed 1 shot out of 100 wich as my fault! the first person i hit had a very thin sweatshirt on and he ended up in quite some pain. it shoots really hard but dead straight. i .love it so much. best gun ive ever seen. i dont want to be the person on the other end of the barrel.

"This gun is great! its accurate, good fps, and is very consistent! when you first get the gun the stock is very wobbly and feels like it may fall of but its an easy fix with disassembling only a few parts me and my dad fixed it in only 5 mins. The bolt is tough to pull back but gets easier as u use it more. The cheap speed loader is time consuming and is not very effective on the battlefield. It comes with a total of 3 magazines (even though it says 2 above). I definitely reccomend it!!!

"This gun out of the box is a pretty good sniper. I dont really care for the jiggly-ness of the bi-pod, but if you are a glass half full kind of person, it helps for positioning the rifle while being in a prone position utilizing the bipod.

Also, dont expect to adjust the hop-up on the go. The position is terrible because it is an ellen key adjusted hop up. So i strongly advise to adjust prior to game play. Once adjusted, it is great. Shoots fantastic with .25s n .28

Im really only giving this thing a 4 because of the hop up adjusment. Other than that, def a 5

"*I got this from a local Airsoft Store & this is my 2nd sniper.
*To start with - I have pulled off 250ft shots without any hassle with this gun and a NC Star 0-9 scope.
*How? 0.45g BBs and adjusted hopup plus this gun's accuracy. Got a spring upgrade so shoots 480fps with 0.25s.
*Dueled with a guy with novritsch in 2 battles and got him 4/5 times.
*Did an accuracy test with the same dude at 250ft and this gun managed to hit the target all times.

Pros:
-Nothing except the stock wobbles in this gun. Solid.
-With little tuning shoots great out of the box.
-Relatively light weight to carry.
-Extremely accurate for an Airsoft sniper.
-Quite easy bolt-action.
-Stock has a small chamber to put hex keys.
-Comes with a robust bucking, upgraded barrel, bipod and two mags.
-You're getting an awesome product for the price.

Cons:
-Grip: this will hurt you if your hands are big. It's a small grip. Takes any pistol grip so should be easy to replace.

-Hopup: is adjusted by a small screw and the screw is inside the front hand guard. So you need to take a hex key, insert into the front hand guard to reach the screw and then. So, it's a hassle. Plus you need to carry the hex key.

Parts - the stock parts itself are quite robust but finding new parts for this gun like bucking, barrel, etc has proved difficult for me. This looks like a hybrid of a L96 and VSR10 and so are the parts.

Conclusion: Great gun for the price and for a starter. Heck, even for an advanced sniper. If you a guy who likes tinkering, this will prove to be you to-go sniper.

"Got this gun a few months ago and played one game with it. The performance is amazing but the stock fell off and I cant find any replacement parts. Replace the stock when you get it and you will love this rifle.

"A decent starter sniper, the hop-up needs to be adjusted right out of the box with an Allen wrench and isn't in the best place however it is acceptable. The scope is nice with good eye relief however adjusting it is annoying but also acceptable. The bolt is stiff pulling back at first but after awhile it is very smooth. The bi-pod is also good. For upgrading, get a tight-bore barrel, heavier spring, and piston guider.

"Great gun, I bought 10000 .32G BBs to go with this and they work great with it, I haven't taken it out into combat yet, just shot at some targets but it's nice.

For you leftys you can swift the bolt to the other side of the gun
