Acetech i-Tracer Advanced BB Control System Computer Chronograph / Tracer / Burst Control Unit (Color: Black)

"Using on a gun with a mosfet so I'm not using the the control unit that plugs in to your battery.
I use the count down function and also use it as a tracer when I'm running tracer BBs.
I have it attached on my side rails, knowing how many BBs I actually have left makes me realize why buying BBs in bulk would probably be a good idea. Oh and it's cool helpful too.

Even without the control unit, it's accurate when counting bbs even at 28RPS. It's more accurate and refreshes the number a bit faster with the burst unit, it's not required but guarantees a a "bug" free experience _more on that down below

The range of the computer and the iTracer unit is very important, having it anywhere not mounted on your gun leads to lag and having the system bug out.

Very Important note too, When you're counting down if you see your BB number glitch in to 9999 and then start to count down super fast (Issue if you don't use the control unit) it's the tracer function conflicting with the count down function. What I did to fix this was turn off the computer, take out the batteries and put them back in, then reset the computer in the setup menu on the computer, turn off power saving _you can leave tracer feature on if needed but I prefer to leave it off as I rarely rock tracer bbs. You should now see BBs being counted accurately, hope this helped someone.

Overall good product, just a small issue with the unit if you have a mosfet equipped gun

"I have tested it and it works great!, but my only problem is the tracer or "Flash" its not very bright and it only lights up half of the tracer bb, i did use red bbs so i need to test it with Green ones because i assume green bbs are brighter. the control system works very well, my gun double feeds some times and it even catches that with the counting system that i have set up. my only other problem with it is that the control unit is a little flimsy, its made of plastic, but it works, im going to try and replace the body of the unit with wood or metal just to make it more firm, also the quick attach works well but once again is plastic, and may break if hit by something like a wall or a hand, or a bag. the tracer or mock suppressor is very sturdy, while the inside is plastic the out side is metal and if not pointed out you will never know the inside case is plastic its so solid. so yeah over all its pretty good, and useful.

"I'll update my previous review now. I figured out the rest of the functions and I believe that my prior issues were in fact operator error. This is still very new and I'm still disappointed with the mount. But everything else is great.

"Just got this today and started playing around with it. At this moment I haven't been able to get the rpm to read but the fps has. The low ammo warning works and the numbers begin flashing at the desired number. The peq brain box is nice and light but the mount is loose. Specifically loose front to back. A piece of electrical tape fixed that problem. I havent been able to test the tracer yet but will be in the next few days. My biggest complaint is that the burst mode does not seem to function and the 0 ammo shutoff is in the same boat. I'm going to do some more reading to make sure I set everything correctly and will update as necessary. All in all this isnt bad. It looks good and the main 2 reasons I bought it (ammo counter and chrono) function perfectly. I'm pleased so far even if I did order this by mistake instead of the xcortech.
