"These gears are great. The 12:1 ratio is great for an "Instant Trigger Response" build. I run these in my Krytac MK2 SPR DMR Build. These gears paired with an ASG 18000, ASG M135, and BTC Spectre MK2 gives me "Instant" trigger response on a 25c 11.1 LiPo.

These things are built well, and the bevel seems to mesh with multiple pinion gears very well.

Only reason for the 4 stars is that I had to file down the solid post on the Spur gear in order to fit it into my Krytac Gearbox shell. Not a big deal but this complicates shimming, and makes the installation process difficult.

"I just got these for a ROF and trigger response build wen I first installed them and shimmed them perfectly... a few times. I put the gun on semi and for one shot off and then a really annoying high pitched winding sound. I took it apart re shimmed it about three times with the same result. I then switched them out with my stock gears and everything worked flawlessly so I knew it wasn't my shining or user error. I then put them back in and looked into the gear box while I pulled the trigger. I realized that the bottom ring gear on the step/spur gear was spinning and the top wasn't. The issue was the gears were pressed together nicely and didn't come apart but allowed the gears to spin freely and separately. Turns out I could spin them by hand, I took some time and then realized a bunch of gears on YouTube looked punched on the bottom were mine weren't. I took a center punch to them then reinstalled them and shined them flawlessly and my ROF increased by at like 8-10 rounds. Over all they get three stars because of the slightly annoying defect but after this slight modification they are amazing and really bump the ROF up.
